Venue Hunting
We go to the corners of South Africa to find the perfect venue for your event as a venue could add that extra atmosphere your production needs.
Booking of Artists
Depending on the type of function, we contact our bands that best suits the criteria and we create the best line-up possible to maximize the experience of your guests.
Stage/Lighting/Sound setup
Creating a user friendly platform on stage ensures that the artists deliver optimal performance, thus we double-check to have the stage clear and accessible. We also avoid neglecting the view for the audience by creating a visual masterpiece that will include your marketing material, breathtaking lighting effects and the best sound quality for the venue , all operated from a front of house desk.
Stage Management
All events have a schedule that needs to be followed and we make sure that this stays in tact. We assist the artists in smooth transitions between sets and keeping the set down the the agreed time slots. When the exception occurs that a set is behind time, we do our best to catch up on lost time and thus far we have a great record on starting and ending on time.
Beverages/Food Facilities
We have the capabilities to set up and manage a fully licensed cash bar for any event in any location, depending on the type of event we also cater for those needing a something to eat.
Additional options
If the need is great, we also have access to medical assistance on site, car guards, ID and entrance control and cleaners and runners.
All of the above forms part of the ideal event/production and we guarantee your and your guests a great time.
